What counts as a run?
Each time you click Run Swarm and it completes successfully counts as one run. Failed runs do not count against your limit.
How does rev share work if I publish a swarm?
Public creators keep 65% of each sale after Stripe fees. Founding Creators keep 75%. Example: on a $20 bundle, Stripe takes about $0.88, leaving $19.12. A Founding Creator earns $14.34 and a public creator earns $12.43. SwarmSeller keeps the rest as the platform fee. Payouts are processed monthly once you hit the $25 minimum.
When do my runs reset?
Paid plans reset on the 1st of each month. Free tier is a 1-run lifetime trial — it does not reset. Unused paid runs do not roll over to the next month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my run limit?
Paid users see a message saying their runs are used for the month and can upgrade for more runs immediately or wait until the 1st. Free users see a message that their lifetime trial run has been used and can upgrade to any paid plan to keep running swarms.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
