We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. We receive payment confirmation, transaction IDs, and associated metadata from Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI Model Data Processing

When you run a swarm, your input is transmitted to third-party AI model providers including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), and Perplexity. Each provider processes your data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service, which we encourage you to review. We do not sell, license, or share your inputs or outputs with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our own AI models. Please do not submit sensitive personal information — including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or passwords — as inputs when running swarms.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: SERVICE PROVIDERS: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (web hosting), and Resend (email delivery). These parties are contractually bound to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us. MARKETPLACE LISTINGS: When you publish a swarm, your swarm name, description, category, example prompt, usage instructions, and sample output become publicly visible on the marketplace. Your email address is never publicly displayed. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal process. BUSINESS TRANSFERS: In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform of any such change in ownership or control. AGGREGATED DATA: We may share aggregated, anonymized, non-personally identifiable information for research, marketing, analytics, and other business purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with our legal obligations. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting through Supabase, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform, as required by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
